Cost of Shipping

We use boxes that are the right size to carry your decals so they will arrive in good shape. These boxes cost more to ship but we believe that it is important to preserve the integrity of our products for you. We contribute to the cost of shipping to keep shipping fees as reasonable as possible for our customers.


Your order will be processed within 2 to 5 days of receipt. We have no control over shipping deliveries but most orders in Canada and the continental USA usually require 7 – 10 days for delivery. Purchaser’s signature will be required upon delivery of order.

Shipping Rates

Before you checkout, you have the ability to see what your shipping charges to Canada or the USA will be. Shipping and handling charges will be calculated before completion of checkout.

Orders going to countries outside of Canada, any applicable duties and\or taxes will be your responsibility upon receipt of your order. Provincial sales taxes except provinces using HST, will be the responsibility of the purchaser to declare and pay.

Custom Orders & Free Shipping

Free shipping offers do not apply to custom orders. Due to the extra time that goes into customizing a design which is usually free or a with minimum charge depending on the complexity of the request - it is not possible to offer free shipping.


Return Policy and Instructions

We do our utmost to make sure that you receive a great product. All our products are individually checked and photographed for quality before being shipped however mistakes can happen. If you have received a defective product please email us immediately upon receipt of the product with details.

Since all our products are printed upon receipt of order, we cannot pay shipping to return non-defective items if you change your mind. If you wish to return a non-defective product, it must be unused and not have been removed from the backing paper it arrived with.

Custom orders are approved by you before printing so are non-refundable unless materially defective.

Products shipped back to us without using our return process will not be accepted and will not be refunded so please take the appropriate steps to ensure that we can work with you for a good outcome.

To request a return of a non-defective product, please use the following procedure:

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of order. Items considered for return must be in original unused condition and returned in their original packaging.

Returns made without prior approval from us and without an assigned return tracking number will not be accepted from the shipping carrier and cannot be processed for refund.

In order to return an item, please go to the order details page of your account and click on Request a Return Authorization Number. Follow the instructions.

If your return is approved, we will email you a return Return Approval number.

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping\tax\duty costs unless you are returning a defective product.

Upon receipt of the returned item, confirmation of return tracking number and verification that the item is in its original and unused condition, a refund will be promptly issued to your credit card less the original shipping and transaction fees.
