We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site.  We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily submit through direct contact from you either online, by phone, mail or email.  We will never sell or rent this information to anyone. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your order, e.g. to receive payment for your order or to ship an order.

Registration and Orders

We request information from you on our registration form.  To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address).  We will use your information to fulfill your order or respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us.

Wherever we collect sensitive information on the website (such as name, address), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way.  You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

We do not see or collect financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). When you are placing an order you are automatically directed to the page of our highly secure credit card processing company to input your financial information. When your transaction is approved you are brought back to the Innovative Walls website to complete your order with us.

Security

We take precautions to protect your information.  When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.

If for any reason you choose to share financial information directly with Innovative Walls (to pay for a special request or because you prefer to pay to a person rather than online) the financial  information you provide is kept on our premises only until the transaction is complete and is then destroyed. Usually this is within minutes.
